Re: Online poker sites.
tbh chubbers.
the only other site i've tried is G-casino, its ok but a bit confusing at times and you purchase your games in dollars, but it does convert your cashes back to pounds.
Pokerstars & Titan Poker are the most common ones I know other peeps play on, but i've bever wanted to look elswhere.
If I wasn't playing on Sky Poker, I would rather be playing Live.

I'ved tried quite a few sites and to be honest i think they have more game selections. Then again i joined TPT because i play for fun and wanted to talk to teammates whilst playing. You can't find this anywhere else apart from sky.As i always say sky does have it faults and is taking it's time getting there. Then again if you don't like it don't play.

Poker Sites
With me being in the Taxi business I often received litterature from the trade. One booklet advertised for agents to promote a site for Taxi Drivers. I enrolled and for about 4 month traveled around the North of England with my wares promoting [Only admins are allowed to see this link] I received a comission for everyone who signed up and deposited cash. Did ok but it dried up. the site was affiliated to a group of other sites jollyrogerpoker and the likes mostly eastern european and the prize money was in dollars or euros. Played on a few of these sites before joining sky.
Thing I liked about sky was everyone spoke English

I have tried a cpl others, William Hills (pants) and 888 (okish) and have to agree with JJ that I play for fun and the team/community thing at Sky outweighs the software issues and other little bugs.
I downloaded PartyPoker the other day just for the free $50 but didnt like the lay out or the table play and they make it very difficult to get the free bucks so i gave up lo

Hi chubbers I've tried a few some good and some bad. When I was learning to play I played the play money on Full Tilt. That was probably 4 years ago now. For software, options and layout I rate it the best site I've played on. But we all know what happened there lol. Currently got PKR installed but haven't deposited I always like to check out sites and get used to the software before I do. But PKR is far too gimicky so I will be uninstalling it eventually. Have some money invested on Titan Poker (hey that might be a good name for a team lol)games pretty soft but forum dead now and table chat non existant and software that looks like it was designed by a 15 year old Latvian in a school project. Only good thing about it is that it loads quicker than Sky.
